道奇下放Garbeis回3A Dreyer左肩傷癒歸隊

道奇今天（台灣時間6月1日）宣布異動，把右投Paul Garbeis以選擇權下放小聯盟，並讓左投Jack Dreyer從傷兵名單（IL）復出歸隊。
